FINAL BLOG
Yeah! I finished all tests and reports. I am free from college, but I worry about business administration's score, because the test was too dificult for me. I hope that I won't fail it.
I'm going to go to Fujikyu Highland in spring vacation with my friends, and we will stay overnight at Highland Hotel. I've never been to Fujikyu Highland, so I'm looking forward to taking Fujiyama. And then, I want to extend my hobby. I like to appreciate stage show like Gekidanshiki, so I want to see many show in spring vacation.

Children's sleep (Persuation essay)
When you were a child, what time did you sleep? When I was a pupil, I‘ve almost slept at 9 p.m., but I was surprised that when I finished my part-time job at 11 p.m., I saw a few children who maybe under 7 years of age were running around on the outside that time. I think that the thing relate parents’ pleasure. According to the pediatrics association, the rate of children who go to bed after 10 p.m. is 36% in 1990 and 52% in 2000, so it tends to increase every year. It is said that sleeping for children necessary for good health, so especially, parents should have by pupil go to bed by 9 p.m.
Lack of sleep has a bad influence on children’s body. It is cause of decrease in immunity, so it is easy for children to get a cold or disease, and it’s difficult to make antibody on my own. Then, the hormone necessary for the life support and growth is not possible to secrete them normally, and it connects with "Make of the sex precocious", also the danger of the lifestyle disease and aging rise. They relate melatonin which is made from the pineal corpus in the brain by a kind of the hormone that forms man's sleep and biological rhythm. When it secretes, the amount decreases when the retina of eye feels light (daytime), and it doesn't feel it (nighttime), it increases. As a result, sleep is caused, and the role to adjust the body clock is played. It is thought that the rhythm of the living body is straightened and there are various effects. That’s why melatonin is deeply related with sleep.
In the mental aspect, lack of sleep leads to a drop in concentration and scholastic ability. Lack of concentration becomes easy to cause the accident. Recently, children who walk the classroom during a class are increasing. I think that it is result of lack of concentration and scholastic ability. And then, they are easy to explode with anger. It relates lack of serotonin. Serotonin which the information such as dopamine (It is pleasure) that is other neurotransmitters and noradrenalines (It is surprised or fear) is controlled, there is an action that stabilizes the spirit, and there is an action that restrains the anxiety and the irritation feeling, too. There is a point said that falls from pleasure into the dependence it is not possible to slip out syndrome because it becomes difficult for the brake to be applied to feelings when the number of serotonins decreases or it has depression easily, too.
Finally, if parents allow their children to sit up late, there is a possible that the children become delinquent which go out home and join gang. It is said that the rate of pupil who were admonished for go out late is increasing, so they need restriction from parents. However, some people say it’s severe for children, but if children want to sit up late to watch TV, I suggest that they decide the day or time with their parents. That’s why I want to say that it is important for them to keep rhythm of life-style.

Coming of Age Day
In January 11 was coming of Age Day, so I was celebrated by around me. First, I got up at 4:30 a.m. and I went to hair salon near my house at 5:30 a.m.. I was very sleepy. A stylist clothed me long-sleeved kimono and she made my face and hair up. I changed a style, I liked it. And then I went to the ceremony at Iriyamazu gym. I met many school and old friends, so I was very happy. When the celemony finished, I went back home and I took off the kimono , and I wore dress. Finishing preparation, I went to alumni association of high school. It held at a large restaurant in Yokohama. I ate dinner and drinking, and I took many pictures with my friends. I had a verry good time.

☆A HAPPY NEW YEAR☆
A happy new year! I had a very good time at the end of the year. I went to KinKiKids concert for three times with my friends. It held at Tokyo-dome from December 30 to January 1. Our seats was far from the stage, but it's easy to look over the hall. The concert based on J album. It has many ballade, so it express new KinKiKids. When they sang "Swan song", I screamed, because when the song reach the climax, they sing as face each other. I like the point. And then, in January 1 is Koichi's birthday, so we celebrated. He became 31 years old. That's why, I really enjoyed the concert. I can get off to a good start of the New Year.
